4H is hosting a FIRST LEGO LEAGUE (FLL) Scrimmage on November 22, 2014 from 1 to 4 PM.  Two teams from Casper will travel to compete with three teams from Laramie County.  Two of those teams are part of the STARBASE 2.0/4H partnership.

The Monday night team that meets at STARBASE is called the Radioactive Legends. Coached by John Weigel, Jodi Giroux, and Orbit, they are hoping to show their creative moves and style in programming.  The Tuesday team, LEGO Knights meet at STARBASE and are home schooled.  There are hoping to show their unique designed robot. They are coached by Tree.

STARBASE 2.0 is also assisting with a school based FLL team from Pioneer Park.  In addition three other robotics clubs were formed at the beginning of the year to meet the growing requests for more robotics after attending STARBASE.  There are currently programs in Rossman and Saddle Ridge Elementary and Johnson Jr High.  Tree and Bump have been assisting the teachers in these after school programs.

All three STARBASE 2.0 teams will travel to Casper on December 6th to compete against 62 teams in the Wyoming State championship.

All events are free and open to the public.  For more information contact
